  • Production & Dispatch:

    • Expedited Options: Not currently available.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery:

United States

  • Carriers: FedEx, UPS, or USPS (automatically selected based on efficiency).

  • Estimated Delivery: 5-12 business days after dispatch (excluding processing time).

International Shipping

  • Carriers: Local postal services or major couriers (e.g., DHL, EMS, local partners).

  • Estimated Delivery:

    • Europe/Canada/Australia: 10-20 business days.

    • Asia/Middle East: 8-15 business days.

    • Other Regions: 15-30 business days.

  • Remote Areas (e.g., islands, rural zones): Delays may extend to 20-30 days.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Currently not offered (promotions may apply occasionally).

5. Customs & Import Taxes

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted but may delay delivery.


7. Lost/Damaged Packages

8. Address Changes
